Battleship Cove

This is Battleship Cove. Here they have a battleship, submarine, 2 destroyers, 2 PT boats, a Cobra, Huey, and WWII era landing craft on display.

This destroyer is actually East German I think, everything is in the Russian alphabet.

The brig

One of the ammo feeders for one of the turrets. The magazine is in the bottom of the ship and is fed all the way up.

Door which fed powder from the magazine. It's a completely sealed and flameproof door

This beam/rail system ran throughout the whole ship. I think they used these to move shells throughout the ship. I saw a shell which was on a hoist on a beam somewhere. 

This is inside the smaller turrets. They have a 5 3/8 shell.

Inside the big turrets. They have a 16" barrell

This is the tine door to get into the turret. It's a real small door and is on the bottom on the back of the turret. So you practically have to crawl into this thing.
